Children 0-3 years free in parents' bed.
Children 4-9 years  sharing room with parents 40% reduction

Children aged 10 years and older pay adult  price.

Check out: by 10:30 a.m.

Special arrival / departure times must be specified in advance to the management  upon reservation. In case of late arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment policies, cancellations and complaints

In case of availability, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required, 100% for single night stays.
The reservation is considered valid only if payment of the deposit is made by bank transfer  within 2 days after confirmation  (please fax or email copy of the receipt indicating the CRO number) unless other agreements have been made.
The reservation can be only be cancelled by the user  by telephone or telegram. Cancellations must be notified 10 days before arrival date during high season and 3 days before arrival date during  low season. For cancellations received after the above time limits, the farm holiday reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total amount. after 7 days from the date of departure of the client,  complaints, refunds and so on, as a result of oversights or problems occurring during the stay will cease and no longer be valid claims against the farmhouse. Complaints, refunds and so on, must be formalized within 7 days from check out only by registered mail.
Once payment (or deposit)has been made all terms and conditions presented here are considered to be accepted.
