According to the most ancient traditions of Molisian cuisine, La Ginestra serves rich homemade products. Home-made pasta prepared with spelt flour called "Ginestrelle" is served, as well as   "curd" with its unique taste and at the end of the meal the legendary "zolletta", a cube of sugar  infused with special herbs.
Special attention is given to customers that are gluten-intolerant or vegetarians with special menu chosen by Mrs. Maria that respect  individual needs.

The restaurant has more than 60 seats and 3 barbecues for lovely roasts on the grill, a specialtyh of la Ginestra.
