10 July 2016 Siamo stati a La Ginestra per una notte alla fine di agosto scendendo verso il Salento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo arrivati all'ora di cena e abbiamo assaggiato tutte le specialità preparate con molta cura, antipasti e pasta fatta in casa e tutto era davvero ottimo compresa la fantastica e famosa zolletta. La colazione al mattino era fantastica con dolci fatti in casa e non c'era che l'imbarazzo della scelta. La camera da letto molto curata e pulita. Sicuramente un posto dove contiamo di ritornare anche per la simpatia e la gentilezza di Pino, di sua moglie e di tutti i loro collaboratori.
