Our nine rooms, with a total of 25 beds, feature traditional rustic furnishings inspired by the regional style of years gone by.
Every room offers modern comforts and amenities.
Two rooms are on the ground floor, while the other seven are on the first floor, reached by a short, easy flight of stairs.
Authentic Molise produce, straight from our farm!
Following traditional recipes, La Ginestra serves the country cooking of Molise using ingredients from the family farm. Try homemade spelt pasta, grilled meats and, to finish, our famous sugar cube steeped in an infusion of five wild herbs.
We take special care of guests with gluten or lactose intolerance. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available, with menus personally selected by Maria, La Ginestra’s chef. Please tell us about any dietary needs when booking. Our main restaurant seats more than 60 guests and opens for lunch on weekends or for events. The 25-seat Agribar opens every evening with tasting and à la carte menus.
