Respecting the most ancient traditions of Molise cuisine, La Ginestra offers dishes rich in the fruits of its fields. We serve “le Ginestrelle”, homemade pasta with spelled flour, the “curd” with a unique and priceless flavor and at the end of the meal the mythical “lump” an infusion of herbs that tastes the sweetness of sugar.
Particular attention is paid to customers with gluten or vegetarian intolerance problems with menus chosen by Ms Maria herself in respect of individual needs.
